The fire suppression system went off in our hotel after a guest hung their clothes on the sprinkler head in the room they were staying in. It caused an awful mess, but SERVPRO made the entire process much easier for all of us. The team was led by Adrew and Chad, and I'm totally impressed with how we were treated and how fast we were able to reopen the hotel.
